PAYMENT

Please note that this business operates on a cash-only basis. Clients are expected to pay in cash at the time of their appointment

RESCHEDULING

Clients may reschedule their appointments up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without any penalties.

CANCELLATION

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee of £10

LATE ARRIVALS

Clients have a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. If more than 10 minutes late, the appointment may be shortened or rescheduled, and a £10 late fee may apply.
